About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Trusted Recruiter Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to technical queries and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support with stock movements, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
  • Process returns, pack, and generate invoices for customers.
  • Coordinate shipping with couriers and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Requirements

  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with elderly customers.
  • Basic Microsoft knowledge and proficiency in using office software.
