Financial and Contractual Specialist

We are looking for a Financial and Contractual Specialist to join our construction team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.
Responsibilities:- Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
- Monitor construction budgets and keep track of expenses.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
