## Job Title: Senior Timber Frame Project Manager

## Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Timber Frame Project Manager to join our team at Central Work. As a Senior Timber Frame Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of timber frame projects across the Central Belt of Scotland.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple timber frame projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
* Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions
* Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

## Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing timber frame projects, with a strong background in the sector
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and CPCS Appointed Persons certifications
