Job Title: Timber Frame Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Timber Frame Contracts Manager to join our team at ARV Solutions Contracts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of timber frame projects across the Central Belt of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple timber frame projects across the Central Belt region
  2. Liaise with clients on technical issues and queries regarding timber frame kits
  3. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects
  4. Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing timber frame projects
  • Strong knowledge of timber frame construction and installation
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS & CPCS Appointed Persons certifications
