About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Meadowbrook Inpatient Unit. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership and expertise to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to support the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Work closely with the Matron/Operational Manager to ensure effective and high-quality service provision
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Lead on training and development for staff, including the local preceptorship programme for newly qualified nurses
  • Support compliance with training and development requirements
Requirements
  • RMN with current registration
  • Clinical leadership skills in risk assessment, planning care and therapeutic interventions
  • Role model senior nursing role within the MDT
  • Managing post incident reviews and investigations
