The ideal candidate will have experience as a Care/Support Assistant and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties:
  • Provide personal care, including dressing, washing, toileting, bathing/showering, and feeding.
  • Create a supportive and homely atmosphere that promotes maximum independence for service users.
  • Have individual responsibility for the personal needs of service users and deliver a high standard of person-centred care.
  • Social duties include engaging in conversations, reading to service users, taking them for walks, assisting with shopping, and other activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Care/Support Assistant
  • Reliable and independent working style
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and promoting independence
