Product Management Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Associate to join our Pricing team. As a Product Management Associate, you will work closely with the Principal Product Manager and Pricing Director to support our product and pricing operations in Salesforce CPQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into technical requirements for our development team.
  • Documentation & Testing: Assist with technical and release documentation, create test scripts, and support system integration (SIT) and regression testing.
  • Learning & Development: Stay on top of industry trends and product changes to keep us ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • A degree-level qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • An understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • The ability to adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Salesforce certifications or training and experience with JIRA (advantageous, but not essential – training provided).
