Provision Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a Provision Assistant to work with students who have Complex Communication and Interaction (CCI), ASC, and ADHD needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students to make good academic and social progress in the ARP and mainstream lessons through a clear knowledge and understanding of the student's personal needs, strategies for learning, intervention, and good communication with all stakeholders
  • Shape and create new facilities, resources, and curriculum while supporting students and families along the way

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. This role offers a competitive salary, excellent training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Good communication and language skills
  • Understanding of the importance of being part of a team
  • Knowledge of the complexities of need highlighted within young people's Education, Health Care Plan (EHCP)
  • Resilience and compliance to statutory and moral obligations as a trusted adult
