About the Role

EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high-speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. We're seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in the Chipping Warden Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain the site survey control network to report and validate different construction stages.
  • Undertake land/topographic/hydrographic/measured building surveys using specialist equipment and technology.
  • Analyze data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, and GIS programs.
  • Prepare survey drawings and present data to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers and consultants to ensure project implementation and quality control.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor with a strong background in geomatics and surveying. Key qualifications and skills include:

  • HND/degree in Land Survey, Geomatics, or equivalent.
  • Experience in preparing survey-related Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
  • Expert knowledge of Trimble total stations, levels, and GNSS receivers.
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills to produce 2D and 3D drawings.
  • Good communication and report writing skills.
