Manufacturing Excellence Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Excellence Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting clear development strategies for the team, ensuring key targets and objectives are achieved relating to quality service people and cost.
You will drive 100% compliance of autonomous/preventative maintenance through Engineering and operation teams, and effectively communicate strategic plans, regular business performance updates and local KPI performance to teams and department manager.
The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus extensive benefits including product allowance, bonus scheme, access to 24/7 GP services, company pension contribution, generous holiday (inc bank holidays), life assurance & access to a range of high street discounts.
