About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Planning Lead to join our Data Center Power & Control Division in Reading, UK. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and providing support to all business areas of Starline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Production teams to establish due dates and drive improvements in scheduling processes.
  • Lead the planning team to perform tactical tasks associated with day-to-day planning and scheduling of customer orders.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and policies.
  • Deputise for the Supply Chain Manager during periods of absence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in an assemble-to-order environment.
  • Proven experience with MRP or ERP software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
