Job Title: Site Planning Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Planning Lead to join our Data Center Power & Control Division in Reading, UK. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, managing capacity, and driving improvements in our scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Production teams to establish due dates and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead the planning team to perform tactical tasks associated with day-to-day planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor Syteline data, capacity reports, and other data resources to ensure efficient capacity to meet customer demand.
  • Participate in monthly safety walks and collaborate with the operation, purchasing, engineering, and customer service on standard work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years' minimum manufacturing experience in assemble-to-order environment.
  • 5 years' MRP or ERP software experience required.
  • 3 years' minimum supervisor/management experience, preferred.
  • Master Schedule experience, preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
