The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Production Technician to join our Compounding team in Thetford. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new, purpose-built department that is investing in innovative technology to semi-automate our compounding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all day-to-day tasks of preparation, manufacturing, and inspection of compounding medicine.
  • Provide support for all aspects of cleanroom production, including aseptic compounding, equipment utilization, inventory control, and environmental monitoring.
  • Maintain productivity and efficiency in the production process.
  • Control isolator inventory and sanitize equipment and components in accordance with SOPs.
  • Complete routine equipment sampling, maintenance, and testing.
  • Report sanitization deviations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics.
  • Aseptic technique knowledge is preferred but not essential.
  • Understanding of cleanroom requirements, behaviors, and activities is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing GMP is desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A sense of compassion and understanding of where our product is going.
