Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Production Technician to join our new, purpose-built department in Thetford. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technology to semi-automate our compounding process, increasing productivity and reducing the strenuous nature of manual compounding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks of preparation, manufacturing, and inspection of compounding medicine.
  • Provide support for all aspects of cleanroom production, including aseptic compounding, equipment utilization, inventory control, and environmental monitoring.
  • Work Monday to Friday rotating shifts of 06:00-14:00 and 13:00-21:00, with flexibility to work days during training.

Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics.
  • Aseptic technique knowledge is preferred but not essential.
  • Understanding of cleanroom requirements, behaviors, and activities is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing GMP is desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A sense of compassion and understanding of where our product is going.
