About the Role:

As a Relief Care Assistant with Orwell Housing Association, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to maintain their dignity and independence and lead fulfilling lives. You will work closely with our care teams to provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Administer and store medication as required
  • Conduct light domestic duties and maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Support customers with social, physical, and mental activities to promote their wellbeing
  • Help customers with eating and drinking, and support them with light domestic duties
