We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Sales Associate at Whittard Trading Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide first-class customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Become an ambassador for our products, offering expert knowledge and recommendations to customers, and taking them on a journey to find their perfect purchase.
  • Work closely with your team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Operate the till, provide front-facing customer service, and perform day-to-day activities such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, and stock management.
  • Host in-store and on-the-street tastings to promote our product line and create engaging experiences for customers.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience demonstrating successful teamwork and collaboration.
  • Confidence in engaging with customers and providing excellent service and support.
  • A commitment to personal development and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but not essential.
