At Whittard Trading Ltd, we're passionate about bringing luxury tea and coffee to our communities. As a Christmas Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in spreading the joy of tea and providing exceptional customer service during the busy festive period.

A Day in the Life
  • Provide first-class customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Become an ambassador of our products, offering excellent knowledge and recommendations to customers, taking them on a journey to their perfect purchase.
  • Work closely with your team to achieve daily sales targets and create a welcoming atmosphere in our store.
  • Operate the till, provide front-facing customer service, and perform day-to-day activities such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, and stock management.
  • Host in-store and on-the-street tastings to promote our Whittard product line.
We're Looking for
  • Team players with experience demonstrating successful teamwork.
  • Confident individuals who can engage with customers in product conversations and provide excellent service and support.
  • People who are committed to personal development and strive to reach their goals.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but not essential.
About the Role

As a Christmas Sales Associate, you'll be part of a friendly team that helps create the atmosphere of joyful luxury in our Whittard Christmas store. You'll help customers find their perfect product to make their Christmas special, playing an important role in the functioning of the store during this special period.
