Aramark UK is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Head Chef to join a close-knit team in a full-time and permanent role at the Harry Potter Studio.

You will be part of a talented team, gaining brilliant exposure and developing your skills. Aramark provides world-class contract catering services to clients across the UK, including Defence, Judicial, private industry, and Education.

A day in the life of a Pastry Head Chef:

  1. Innovation and product development.
  2. Menu planning for seasonal changes and Studio Tour Features, Hospitality, and Events.
  3. Managing the pastry team to meet production targets to a high standard.
  4. Creating and managing Production plans, profit, and loss, stock control, ordering, rotation, wastage control, GP.
  5. Adhering to and enforcing all aspects of Food safety and Health& Safety.

You'll be successful if you have:

  1. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  2. Extensive pastry technical knowledge and current culinary trends.
  3. High level of creativity coupled with high volume.
  4. Extensive experience in managing and developing a team of chefs.
  5. Excellent time management, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
  6. Minimum Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
