Pastry Head Chef Opportunity at Aramark UK

Aramark UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Head Chef to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis. The successful candidate will be part of a talented and close-knit team at the Harry Potter Studio, where they will have the opportunity to develop their skills and gain exposure in a world-class contract catering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of pastry chefs to meet production targets and maintain high standards.
  • Creating and implementing menu plans for seasonal changes and studio tour features, hospitality, and events.
  • Developing and managing production plans to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Managing the pastry budget and maintaining accurate stock control and ordering systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Extensive pastry technical knowledge and current culinary trends.
  • High level of creativity and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team of chefs.
  • Excellent time management and adaptability skills.
