Landscape Construction Lead Hand

Assist the Crew Leader in managing the client experience from project kickoff to final inspection, ensuring exceptional satisfaction throughout the process. Fleet Management: Oversee essential equipment maintenance and keep accurate records for the office. Installation: Lead installations according to design plans or modify them as needed to maintain the project's integrity and vision. Ensure installations meet the highest standards the first time.

Collaborate with the Crew Leader, Designer, and Project Manager to resolve challenges and implement changes as needed. Operate all types of equipment and machinery necessary for installations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in landscape construction
  • Industry certifications are an asset
  • Valid G-class driver's license with a clean abstract

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with business software
  • Passionate about building outdoor spaces and creating lasting impact
