Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at HolidayTaxis Group. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and analyze requirements documentation to identify testing needs
  • Work closely with development and business teams to develop and execute test cases
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Execute test cases and report defects with clear severity and priority
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and communicate effectively with the team
  • Perform regression testing during release cycles
  • Adhere to the testing process defined by HolidayTaxis Group
Requirements:
  • Experience in software quality assurance
  • API testing experience is a plus
  • Background in the travel industry is not necessary, but experience with bug tracking software (e.g. Jira) and REST API testing tools (e.g. Postman) is desired
  • Knowledge of test case management tools (e.g. TestRail, Zephyr) and experience with Linux Command Line and SQL Server queries
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems and behaviors to internal and external teams

  • Well-organized, with a highly developed attention to detail
  • Desire to succeed and work on self-development
