**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team in Leiston, Suffolk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move goods within the warehouse, processing stock, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring accurate picking and packing of parts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and has a strong work ethic. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

About the Job Requirements:

  • Hold an in-date counterbalance forklift license.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.

About the Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and a pay review after your probation period. Our standard working hours apply, Monday to Friday.
