Full time, 35 per week, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

As our Financial Analyst you will primarily focus on providing support to the financial planning and analysis function. You will be playing an important role in supporting and influencing the senior leadership team to help them understand their financialposition and use your expertise to support the operations of the finance team.

As our Financial Analyst your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting in the preparation of management accounts (posting prepayments, fixed assets, accruals, petty cash, etc)
- Preparing weekly/monthly cashflow, sales, margin reports and preparation of payment runs
- Supporting the administration of the sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control
- Submitting and reconciling quarterly VAT returns (both GB and ROI), monthly Intrastat returns
- Processing information for regular PowerBi updates (customer/products details, logistics costs calculation etc)
- Collecting and entering data for various financial spreadsheets/reports (subdivision, marketing spends, etc)
- Maintaining lease schedule (properties, corporate cars, forklifts, other equipment)
- Maintaining insurance schedules and liaise with insurers
- Auditing financial information
- Participating in yearly audits
- Liaising with HMRC, ROI Revenue and other government authorities in regards to any issues
- Providing financial administrative support to all departments
- Suggesting changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions
