Job Title: Head of Reservations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Reservations to join our team at The Pelican. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily reservations across all our venues in London and the Cotswolds.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily reservations, ensuring timely responses and accurate bookings
Communicate with guests to confirm reservations and provide details about the dining experience
Coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure seating arrangements and guest needs are accommodated
Maintain reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Oversee group bookings, including confirmation of details and special requests
Proactively fill gaps in the booking schedule to maximize occupancy
Manage VIP lines and priority lists, ensuring VIP guests receive priority service

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience in reservations management or guest service
Strong proficiency in reservation management software, particularly Seven Rooms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

What We Offer:

Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Service charge (circa £10,000pa)
Full-time position
