Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Wincanton is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Scotland Gateway facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking stock accurately and efficiently using handheld devices to scan
  • Loading items onto pallets and checking picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch
  • Ensuring quality is of the highest standards and all stock is handled with care
  • Working in a team environment in a safe manner adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work
What We Offer:
  • Unrivalled salary of £13.30 per hour plus 25% shift allowance
  • Night Shifts 10pm to 6am working any 5 in 7 days – but mainly Monday to Friday

Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential

  • Reliable, self-motivated, a strong team player, and flexible approach to work
