Job Title: Product Marketing Manager EMEA

Lexmark is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the Western Europe and South African region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge and expertise to effectively communicate product value to customers and sales teams.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including market research, competitive analysis, and launch planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product marketing strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and updates to sales teams on new product features, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product portfolio and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage product certification processes and ensure timely availability of products in the market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to gather feedback and insights on product offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years related B2B marketing experience: Product Marketing, Product Management, PR.
  • Effective presentation skills, in-person or via webinar.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, Confident communicator and presenter.
  • Team player.
  • Some project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite platform (D365 would be beneficial).
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Planning, project management and analytical skills.
  • Budget management.
  • Professional level of English language knowledge (verbal and written).
  • Fluency in Additional European language (German, French).
