Job Title: Product Marketing Manager EMEA

Lexmark is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the Western Europe and South African region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge and expertise to drive product launches and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product portfolio activities that align with sales and marketing priorities.
  • Communicate product information to customers and sales teams to ensure smooth logistics and inventory management.
  • Provide ongoing support and updates to sales teams on new product features, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify opportunities to add or remove products from the portfolio by sub-region.
  • Work with central teams to provide local market insights and positioning information during the pricing process.
  • Leverage market intelligence and competitive analysis to provide regular updates on market share, competitive dynamics, and positions.
  • Support product certification processes in collaboration with Global teams and associations to ensure timely availability.
  • Assist with product logistics and setup for office showrooms and marketing events.
  • Track and report on defined KPIs for product marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years related B2B marketing experience: Product Marketing, Product Management, PR.
  • Effective presentation skills, in-person or via webinar.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, confident communicator and presenter.
  • Team player.
  • Some project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite platform (D365 would be beneficial).
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Planning, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Budget management.
  • Professional level of English language knowledge (verbal and written).
  • Fluency in Additional European language (German, French).
