Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our speech and language therapy services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with our therapy team to design and deliver training programs for our staff and partners.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with speech and language disorders.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our staff and partners on speech and language therapy best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in speech and language therapy, applying this knowledge to improve our services.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in speech and language therapy, with a proven track record of leadership and service development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
