Senior Clinical Psychologist Learning Disabilities Position

The Darwin Centre Adolescent Tier 4 Inpatient Service is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Psychologist to join their multidisciplinary team.
This role offers the opportunity to work creatively to meet the diverse needs of Children and Young People, using innovative approaches to deliver high-quality care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and training to less experienced colleagues, as well as undertaking formal research and acting as a field supervisor to doctorate trainees.
As a key member of the team, you will be accountable for own professional practice in the delivery of specialist psychological assessment and care to clients who present in crisis with complex mental health conditions or learning disabilities.
About the Role:
- Provide highly specialist psychological assessment and care to clients with complex mental health conditions or learning disabilities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the diverse needs of Children and Young People.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to less experienced colleagues.
- Undertake formal research and act as a field supervisor to doctorate trainees.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
