Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trustee Oversight and Compliance Manager to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing support to the Trustee, including vendor management and delivery of secretariat services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on providing support to the Trustee, including vendor management and delivery of secretariat services.
  • Manage the interaction between quarterly Trustee Board meetings with the Administrator, Scheme Actuary, Legal Advisers, and Investment Advisers.
  • Liaise with internal Veolia Teams, including Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain, to maintain effective communications with the Trustee Board, external suppliers, and internal colleagues.
  • Proactive planning for Trustee meetings, including identifying main statutory requirements and coordinating papers from all parties.
  • Process or check Business as Usual (BAU) work, such as new joiners, leavers, deaths, retirements, ill healths, and handle complaints and IDRPs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Defined Benefit Trustee Secretariat, with experience working with external Advisors and providers.
  • IT literacy, including intermediate skills with Google Sheets/Excel, and any exposure to Workday would be highly advantageous.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and self-prioritize effectively with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
