About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a crucial role in executing procurement plans and strategies, analyzing spend areas and categories of spend, and supporting supplier on-boarding and due diligence checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement plans and strategies to achieve cost savings targets
  • Analyze spend areas and categories of spend to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support supplier on-boarding and due diligence checks to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
