Job Summary

This is a 37-hour per week position that requires strong communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business support functions, including career management activity and co-ordinating meetings, visits, travel, and conferences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a management role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and military administration is desirable.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel matters, including career management, staff reporting, and policy advice.
  • Lead routine communication of key business information to all staff.
  • Organise and co-ordinate meetings, visits, travel, and conferences.
  • Act as the IT focal point, involving Local Security Officer duties.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a management role in a business setting.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and military administration.
