About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  2. Supporting clients with their medication and ensuring they take their medication as prescribed.
  3. Helping with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework.
  4. Following individual care plans and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
