Sales Manager Opportunity with a Leading Residential Developer

Our client, a renowned residential developer based in London, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of sales professionals in the London market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management and Sales Director to align sales goals with business objectives
  • Provide training and support to new and existing staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience working with a top residential developer
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff
  • Strong knowledge of the London residential market and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
