We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global people division as the Director of People and Performance. This is a new position within Turnstile Group, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization.

About the Role

  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the sport and entertainment industry.
  • Lead the design and execution of programs to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
  • Develop and manage budgets to support people-related initiatives and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in managing HR and people functions in a large or medium-sized business.
  • Proven expertise in recruiting, people development, organizational culture, performance measurement, and leadership.
  • Knowledge of employee relations laws in Europe and global best practices.
  • Ability to interact and influence proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong strategy development and budgetary management skills.
