Community Growth Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Growth Manager to join our team at Interflora. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to drive growth and engagement across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and targets
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement
- Collaborate with our marketing team to understand brand and trade objectives and develop effective content plans
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategy and optimize performance
- Manage influencer relationships and partnerships to amplify our brand reach and credibility
Requirements
- Deep expertise and knowledge of the social media landscape and platforms
- Experience in developing and delivering social media strategies for consumer brands
- Strong commercial acumen and experience working within e-commerce brands
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Third-party agency management experience
