About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Growth Manager to join our team at Interflora. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to drive growth and engagement across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and targets
- Manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other stakeholders to amplify our brand message
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing and community growth
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
