Senior Quantity Surveyor

Danny Sullivan Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing commercial support to the project team, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and achieving project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide commercial support to the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring project forecasting is accurately reported monthly.
- Ensure safe archiving and backing-up of all relevant commercial information relating to projects, meeting company and industry standards.
- Prepare and review monthly commercial reports, health check reports, and CVR reports.
- Manage and mentor a team, ensuring commercial activities are performed in an ethical manner while maintaining a competitive position for the client.
- Review and manage risk and opportunities, ensuring cash-flow is maintained.
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant subject.
- Working knowledge of utility and construction sectors, contract law, and commercial practice.
- Excellent commercial management skills, with close attention to detail, and good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Good presentation and negotiating skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines, managing and monitoring risk.
