In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of fleet management within the rental industry, working closely with our experienced team to ensure the smooth running of our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Fleet Services Support Manager to minimize vehicle downtime and optimize vehicle utilization
* Assist the Fleet & Customer Operations Executives with life asset management tasks, including managing and raising ad hoc invoices
* Process logistics movements for customers and rental locations, communicating effectively with 3rd party suppliers
* Generate insightful fleet reporting
* Maintain the Mobility revenue stream by generating customer and head office invoices

Requirements:

* Currently studying a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
* Proactive and flexible approach with the ability to react to changing circumstances
* PC literacy - Microsoft Office skills
