**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to support a lady in her late 70s with early onset Alzheimer's and Dementia and blindness. The successful candidate will provide daily living support and social inclusion.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with medication management and ensure prescribed medications are taken as required.
- Support with breakfast and lunchtimes, including meal preparation and ensuring the lady is eating.
- Assist with bathing and personal care as requested.
- Provide daily living support in and around the home, including household tasks and errands.
- Accompany the lady to local activities and coffee mornings to promote social inclusion.
**Requirements**
- Full clean driving licence.
- Patience and understanding when interacting with the lady.
- Ability to form a good relationship and gain the lady's trust.
- Polish language skills are desirable.
