Job Responsibilities:
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a central role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing tailored treatment plans, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and promoting patient well-being. A key aspect of this role is your ability to develop flexible and innovative approaches to practice.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have relevant clinical experience, an active NMC PIN, and excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and a positive attitude towards change are also essential.

Salary and Benefits:
The annual salary for this position is £58,000 - £65,000, depending on experience. Our staff enjoy a range of benefits, including competitive salaries, opportunities for career development, and a supportive work environment.
