We are seeking an experienced Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at Freebridge Community Housing. As a Senior Customer Complaints Handler, you will play a crucial role in delivering a consistent, fair, and impartial complaints investigation process for our customers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing formal complaints at stage 2 level, investigating all complaints, and compiling suitable responses. You will work closely with relevant departments and service managers to ensure effective resolution and communicate with customers through various channels.
