Job Title: Document Controller

Progressive Recruitment is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team on a data centre project.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage project documents using Viewpoint and ASite software platforms. The successful candidate will ensure that all procedures are followed and accurate records are maintained throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently handle all project documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate technical documentation matters, working closely with the project team.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a document controller in construction or engineering industries.
  • Proven track record in coordinating technical documentation matters.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards would be advantageous.
Skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Capable problem solver and able to work independently.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
Rate and Sector

This role is in the fast-paced world of Data Centres, where organisation is paramount. We offer a competitive rate per day based on relevant experience.
