· As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for gaining new distribution for our partners' vape products by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within retail stores.

· Your primary objective will be to drive business growth through effective sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations and pitches, and closing deals.

· You will also be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service, managing your time and territory plan effectively to maximize your productivity, and ensuring that CRM systems are kept up to date.


About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

· Research and identify prospective customers through varied lead generation tactics.

· Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

· Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to secure new business.

· Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

· Manage your time and territory plan effectively to maximize productivity.

· Ensure CRM systems are kept up to date.


About You:

Essential Requirements:

· A full driving license.

· Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions.

· A keen interest in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

· Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook).


What We Offer:

· Base Salary up to: £32,500.

· Commission: OTE is another 10K on top, however this is uncapped and we expect overachievement in many areas.

· £5,000 car allowance.

· iPhone and laptop.

· 5% pension.

· £40 per month wellbeing allowance.
