Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dental Nurse to join our team at NLDC Ltd, a family-run dental practice in North London. As a crucial part of our private dental practice, the successful candidate will provide clinical, administrative, and receptionist support in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have Dental Nurse certification or experience as a Trainee Dental Nurse, proficiency in dental software and IT systems for scheduling and record-keeping, and be registered with the GDC or intend to register upon qualifying. About the Role: As a Dental Nurse, you will be responsible for providing routine clinical duties, organising nursing staff, participating in ongoing compliance efforts, tracking dental leads and enquiries, and working collaboratively with dental colleagues to ensure efficient and high-quality care. This role also includes mentoring trainee nurses and supporting their training as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine clinical duties of a modern Dental Nurse
  • Organise nursing staff and participate in ongoing compliance efforts
  • Track dental leads and enquiries via CRM, website, chatbot, social media, and email platforms
  • Work collaboratively with dental colleagues to ensure efficient and high-quality care

Requirements:
  • Dental Nurse certification or experience as a Trainee Dental Nurse
  • Proficiency in dental software and IT systems for scheduling and record-keeping
  • GDC registration or intent to obtain one upon qualifying
