Key Responsibilities

As a Midlands and North Territory Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with introducer base
  • Structuring complex deals to fit within credit policy guidelines
  • Maximizing bridging & BTL sales from introducer base
  • Achieving agreed quarterly & annual targets for each lending division
  • Attending and presenting at industry events and exhibitions
