Ferrovial Construction is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees, subcontractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of a strong Health, Safety and Wellbeing culture across the Ferrovial Construction UK business.
- Support the maintenance and development of the Safety Management System (SMS) and its procedures.
- Advise on and coordinate the development of consistent Health, Safety and Wellbeing plans across the business.
- Monitor HSW performance by supporting the development of measurement systems.
- Liaise with employees, subcontractors, and suppliers on HSW matters.
- Promote company values in all dealings with other employees, clients, subcontractors, and external contacts.
- Detailed knowledge of Health, Safety and Wellbeing Legislation.
- Ability to carry out detailed, thorough, and systematic analysis.
- Professional membership (e.g., MICE/CMIOSH).
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- Sound technical knowledge of the construction process.
