About the Role

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled MRO & Equipment Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the contracting, supplier management, and tendering of our MRO and Equipment suppliers in the EU/AF region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sourcing strategy aligned with our global strategy, focusing on spend management and total cost of ownership.
  • Drive the procurement process, ensuring compliance with our procedures and policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal business partners.
  • Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities for cost and risk optimization.
  • Participate in the development of our procurement and supply chain strategy, driving value creation and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, with a focus on MRO and equipment sourcing.
  • Commercial knowledge and experience in the MRO/equipment industry, with a focus on framework agreements.
  • Excellent English and Dutch language skills, both written and oral.
