Person-Centred Support Worker

You will join our inclusive and supportive team at The Chimneys Clinic, where you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide care and support to women with emerging or personality disorders. Your day-to-day tasks will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours, and adapting care accordingly with colleagues. You will also update patient records and provide overall care and support, including assisting with personal hygiene.
The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends. While this may present some challenges, it is a highly rewarding role that allows you to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
