Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
  • Coordinate and manage project communications, including status updates, progress reports, and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, Asana, Trello, and Jira
